Fearful Words

 But I tell you, on the Day of Judgment men will have to give account for every idle (inoperative, nonworking) word they speak. (Matthew 12:36, AMP)

When I read verses like this, I panic. What if any of my words are idle?

Idle words are powerless words. They are a car, sitting in neutral, going nowhere. They are just so much hot air.

Do your words speak truth and light or just blow senseless exhaust into the minds and hearts of others?

Prayer- Lord, help us speak with truth and authority, so that we won’t waste time in heaven making excuses. Amen
