Just a Bit of Gossip

A gossip betrays a confidence, but a trustworthy person keeps a secret.(Proverbs 11:13, NIV)

A perverse person stirs up conflict, and a gossip separates close friends. (Proverbs 16:28, NIV)

Prayer- Lord, may we shut our mouths about the personal details of other people's lives, whether it be rumor or fact, and definitely when malicious. In Christ, who died that our mouths and hearts might be clean. Amen.
