Old Fashioned Health Advice

Hints for the Skinny
Eat slowly; chew thoroughly.
Don’t eat too much, too often.
Rest before and after eating.
Always avoid bathing before or after a meal.
Live outdoors.
Be cheerful.

Hints for the Larger
Eat slowly; chew thoroughly.
Don’t eat too much, too often.
Rest before and after eating.
Bathe often and freely.
Live outdoors.
Be cheerful.
