Purely Poison

It’s bad enough to realize that our words harm others but they don’t do that much for us either!

Words satisfy the mind as much as fruit does the stomach; good talk is as gratifying as a good harvest.

Words kill, words give life; they’re either poison or fruit—you choose. (Proverbs 18:20-21, MSG)

A war of words leaves everyone discontented.

Prayer- Lord God, may we always choose words of life for the sake of others, ourselves and the Christ. Amen.
