Serious Writing

The King James Version of the Bible mentions lowly scribes over 100 times and scribes only copied down stuff for someone else. Do you take your words seriously? Even a grocery list has meaning.

Someday the words you write, in any form, will be important to those you leave behind. Start a journal, scribble letters to loved ones, and yes even keep those grocery lists. Someday someone will want to read them and remember.

Weighty Words

We’ll gladly wait my friend to hear of your weighty words that

Spun and spiralled up and around your loved ones hearts like

A wreath of love around this table until they took flight

Winging their way to the heavenly realm where worshiping angelic beings,

Took hold of your dreams and thoughts.

Once  anointed by the Father took flight, soaring, swooping, downward to rest again on your pen gifting you and all of us with another years worth of written work from a very wealthy and wise man.

Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones. (Proverbs 16:24, KJV)

Prayer – Lord, let our words, both spoken and written, comfort someone today and always. Amen
