Silver Polished

People repeatedly ask me for this recipe for cleaning silver. Why? Because it works

To clean silver, run 3 liters of hot water into the sink. Add 3 tablespoons of liquid fabric softener and 3 tablespoons of salt. Stir well. Then place a LONG sheet of aluminum foil on the bottom of the sink. The extra length lets you move the silver pieces in and out of the water. Place the tarnished silver on the foil, making sure it is covered with water. The sliver will be clean in about 10 seconds. Wipe the residue off with a soft cloth.

While we are talking about silver…

For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your ancestors, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect. (1 Peter 1:18-19)

God refines us like silver and tests us like gold. (Zechariah 13:9)

There is a faster cleaning anywhere you are and all it takes is you admitting you are a sinner and asking Jesus to forgive you and to come into your life.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)
