What’s Your Motto or your Promise?

4-H – “Learn to do by doing”
Nike – “Just Do it”
Girl Guides – “Lend a Hand”
Ford – “Quality is Job One”
L’Oreal – “Because I’m Worth It”
IBM – “Think”
Honda – “The Power of Dreams”
KFC – “Finger Lickin’ Good”
McDonalds – “I’m Lovin’ It”

Shouldn’t we have a motto? After all everyone else seems to have one.

I can’t answer this question for you. Only you can realize when God is giving you a certain thought, a certain verse that will become your life’s guideline.

I can only tell you mine. Here is the short version.

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.  (Philippians 4:13, KJV)

Here is the longer one!

I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency]. (Philippians 4:13, AMP)

Prayer – Lord, please give us a guiding verse, a motto for our live. Amen
