Don’t run onto the highway!
Don’t touch that stove. It is hot!
Don’t drive if you’ve been drinking!
Put that down right now!
Haven’t we all yelled at someone, for their own safety? It might surprise you to know that God yells too. In fact, he’s yelling right this minute!
I tell you, No; but unless you repent (change your mind for the better and heartily amend your ways, with abhorrence of your past sins), you will all likewise perish and be lost eternally. (Luke 13:5, AMP)
Bring forth fruit that is consistent with repentance [let your lives prove your change of heart] (Matthew 3:8, AMP)
It’s never too late. Repent.
Prayer – Dear Lord Jesus, I believe that you are the Son of God and that you died on the cross –to pay the price for my sin.
I believe that you rose from the dead–and that you’re alive right now.
Please come into my life. Forgive my sin. Make me a member of your family. I now turn from going my own way. I want you to be the center of my life. Thank you for your gift of eternal life and for your Holy Spirit who has come to live in me. Amen
