Zondervan, Logos Bible Software join forces

Logos Bible Software has forged a new technology partnership with major Christian publishing firm Zondervan. Up until now Zondervan had been offering computer-based titles on its proprietary Windows-only software, Pradis. Pradis will be eliminated and Zondervan titles will be moved to Logos software. The first 31 Zondervan titles to be produced under this partnership represent 87 individual volumes, and will be available in early 2010. “Zondervan offers a great collection of Bible reference works and we’re thrilled to see them available for Logos Bible Software,” said Bob Pritchett, President of Logos. “We share Zondervan’s heart for providing biblical resources for everyone who wants to study the Bible, and it’s great to be able to partner with them on this project.” Among the titles scheduled for the initial release are: Expositor’s Bible Commentary (12 volumes) Expositor’s Bible Commentary: Abridged (2 volumes) NIV Application Commentary: New Testament (20 volumes) NIV Application Commentary: Old Testament Prophets (8 volumes) New International Dictionary of NT Theology (4 volumes) New International Dictionary of OT Theology and Exegesis (5 volumes) Zondervan Illustrated Bible Backgrounds Commentary: New Testament (4 volumes) Zondervan Illustrated Bible Backgrounds Commentary: Old Testament (5 volumes) Zondervan Encyclopedia of the Bible (5 volumes) Link: Complete list of Zondervan titles coming to Logos: http://www.logos.com/zondervan
