Diapers are full, laundry hamper also.
Crock pot still empty. Fridge cleaned out yet not clean.
Lord, myself full of you is emptied right out.
While my empty is full and settled about.
Lord, help me!
My heart needs filling, yet my attitude’s overloaded
With behindness and helplessness.
Empty my full of turmoil, and strain.
Start me on the way everlasting again.
And Lord, could I have Diapers to Go?
How well I remember those days when the more I did, the more I seemed to fall behind. God knows and understands all about it. All too soon the diapers go because the children grow. Meanwhile we can lean on promises like this one.
Philippians 4:19-And my God will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (AMP).
"Remember that moms change the world one diaper at a time."--Unknown
"The only ones among you who will be really happy are those who will have sought and learned how to serve.”--Albert Schweitzer
Prayer: Lord, remind us to choose joy no matter our circumstances. Amen.
