Do you ever doubt God’s creative abilities? These verses only state the basics.
Genesis 1:1-2-In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters (NKJV).
But they don’t tell you about the fine details that God also created.
Did you know that:
-rabbits like licorice?
-about 10% of us are left-handed?
-a lobster has colorless blood that turns blue when oxygen hits it?
-reindeer like bananas.
-food needs to mix with saliva to have taste?
-85% of plant life is in the ocean?
Who but an all-knowing God would even think of such details? So when you are tempted to doubt that God is who He says He is, just ponder things like this. Grapes have more sugar than rhubarb!
Prayer: Lord God, thanks for even creating things like taste buds, toes, tongues and ticklish spots. Amen.
