Christmas and Easter Christians

I used to be one. I got over it. Oh I know you aren’t one. Surely not! You are not one of those people who only go to church on Christmas and Easter…are you…surely you are not a "Chreaster", are you?
Why that’s like only hitting the finals of the NHL hockey season, or the NFL playoffs. Oh surely none of us are still playing that game are we? Aren’t we willing to play in for the whole season for God?
It seems to me that team players ought to be in for all the events, not just the highlights. After all, God attends the whole season for us.
The season is just beginning…you have time to suit up and join the rest of us this Sunday morning at your local God-believing church.
And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. (Acts 2:42,KJV)
Prayer: Lord we want to be with you before Easter, and definitely before Christmas. See you Sunday! Amen.
