About June

June has lost its ‘most marriages’ title to September years ago.

If you are a June gal, roses and pearls are your flower and your birthstone. Pearls stand for love, friendship, purity and modesty. At one time they were also thought to heal some stomach problems. (I can’t figure that one out. Surely you aren’t supposed to eat them.)

Expect June beetles, the longest day of the year and lots of food holidays like National-candy/dairy seafood-Days.

Yes, June is a great month but this is what you can expect sometime soon, from all the months.

Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life…  On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. (From Revelation 22:1-2, NIV)
