In our family we celebrate every possible moment of happiness. We congregate for wedding anniversaries, birthdays and even job interview days. There will be special foods, cards, lots of laughs and a few tears at each one.

One of our favorite parties is an ‘I met Jesus party’. Do you remember when you met Jesus? Do you remember what you were like before that day? How have you changed since?
Maybe no one baked you a cake on your special day, but it’s not too late to celebrate how far you’ve traveled since then!
For we know, brothers and sisters loved by God, that he has chosen you, because our gospel came to you, not simply with words but also with power, with the Holy Spirit and deep conviction. (1 Thessalonians 1:4-5a)
