Oh don’t we want our lives back? Don’t we want control again? Don’t we want to go where we want, be what we want, drive where we want, get back to work when we want? Of course we do, but here is the truth. We never ever had control.
God has always been in charge. While we were making grandiose plans God was laughing out loud at our foolishness.

We struggle now with conspiracy theories and outright lies and we worry about what nations are doing to us. But hear this! Nothing can erode or change God’s plans.
The Lord foils the plans of the nations; he thwarts the purposes of the peoples. But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart through all generations. (Psalm 33:10, 11, NIV)
Prayer- Lord we trust you. You know the plans you have for us, plans to prosper us, not to harm us, plans to give us a hope and a future. Amen (From Jeremiah 19:11, NIV)
