F.A.S.T

F.A.S.T. is the new term to help us remember and recognize a stroke if we are having one. We are to look for:

F- Face drooping
A- Arms – the person raise both overhead
S- Slurred speech
T- Time to call 911

When any of these answers are yes, 911 is the answer.

We probably all have heard this but do we remember it when we are in real need? That’s the problem.

A spiritual crisis is also an emergency. No time to wait. Will you remember that information when you need it? Let me remind you.

You can be sure of this: The Lord set apart the godly for himself. The Lord will answer when I call him. (Psalm 4:3, NLT)

I called on the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and he saved me from my enemies. (Psalm 18:3, NLT)

In panic, I cried out, “I am cut off from the Lord!” But you heard my cry for mercy and answered my call for help. (Psalm 31:22, NLT)

No dialing like 911, no just a word from us and God hears and answers.

Prayer- Lord, thank you that no matter our state, you hear and answer our calls of distress. (From Psalm 34:17, NLT) Thank you Amen!
