Are you haunted by the past; fearful of the future? Who isn’t?  But we say that God is our strength, don’t we? How is it then that we dwell on what we cannot change?

Jacob’s employer (and relative!) changed his wages 10 times, yet God protected him. (Genesis 31:7)

The Egyptians changed their minds about letting the Israelites go, yet God kept them safe in an impossible situation. (Exodus 14:5)

He’ll do the same for us because he is the same now as he was then.  (Hebrews 13:8, AMP)

Fear not [there is nothing to fear], for I am with you; do not look around you in terror and be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen and harden you to difficulties, yes, I will help you; yes, I will hold you up and retain you with My [victorious] right hand of rightness and justice. (Isaiah 41:10, AMP)

Prayer – Sorry, Lord, we got sidetracked for a moment, but with your help, we trust you. Amen
