Heart-y Words

I guess you know by know this is one of my favourite topics. What we say matters. Folks, we must take our mouths seriously.

Watch the way you talk. Let nothing foul or dirty come out of your mouth. Say only what helps, each word a gift. (Ephesians 4:29, MSG)

Jesus replied, “You, too? Are you being wilfully stupid? Don’t you know that anything that is swallowed works its way through the intestines and is finally defecated?
