As I write this it looks like we will continue our lockdown for a while yet. (BIG Sighs)
What can you expect? Heaven (churches) and Hell (some would say the casinos and the like) are both closed down.
When both sides agree, we had better believe the message. STAY HOME!
What are you doing to help?
I have had the opportunity to make some nurses caps, bags and masks. Our little neighbourhood crew takes turns shopping for one another. I am especially blessed because my children often bring me food stuffs.
We yearn to stretch our wings, but God asks us to huddle under his for a while.
Be good to me, God—and now! I’ve run to you for dear life. I’m hiding out under your wings until the hurricane blows over. I call out to High God, the God who holds me together. He sends orders from heaven and saves me; he humiliates those who kick me around. God delivers generous love, he makes good on his word. (Psalm 57:1-3, MSG)
