Impossible Cheesecakes

It sounds ridiculous but here is the recipe a friend gave me to try. Believe it or not, it really does work.

• 3 cups of fat-free Greek yogurt
• 1 sugar-free instant pudding mix(your favorite flavor)
• 3 tablespoons of sugar or Splenda
• Mix well. Pour into non-stick pie pan and bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes. It will be bubbly around the edges and the middle will be a bit jiggly.

What does this mean when the impossible becomes possible?

He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”(Matthew 17:20, NIV)

So for all of us, not just the cheesecake, nothing is impossible with God.

Prayer- Lord your strength in us, your Holy Spirit in us gives us the strength to do anything you call us to do. Help us walk in that strength today Lord. Amen.
