In case you didn’t get the message yesterday, I pass it on to you again today.

Blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears because they hear. (Matthew 13:16)
Always give thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
(Ephesians 5:20)
But be sure to fear the Lord and serve him faithfully with all your heart; consider what great
things he has done for you. (1 Samuel 12:24)
“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
(1 Thessalonians 5:18)
“This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” (Psalm 118:24)
“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of
God in Christ Jesus for you.” (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)
“Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who
heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love
and mercy, who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.”
(Psalm 103:2-5)
“I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I
have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. I can do all things
through him who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:12-13)
“You will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which through us will produce
thanksgiving to God.” (Corinthians 9:11)
Now God doesn’t mention giving thanks for a new scarf or tickets to the latest Broadway show.
However, when he says give thanks in all things, all circumstances and more, then I believe he
means just give thanks for all things. Will you show others how to live a godly life? Start by
thanking every giver for all your gifts!
