Do you dislike that which keeps you safe? Take our online protection systems. Mine is annoying beyond belief. Whenever I want into my bank statements, the stupid thing interferes every time I switch to a new action. It takes at least 15 seconds before I can click it out of my way.
After years of annoyance, it finally occurred to me that I should just set the thing up properly and that way it might leave me alone. Sure enough, that fixed the problem. Now it works in the background and enables me to bank safely.
What is interfering in your life? Or better still perhaps I should ask what is getting between you and God? Do you have the settings right? Have you allowed him to work in your life and keep you safe? Have you picked up habits that stop the flow between you and God?
Why/ Why not?
Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Highest will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
