Our little town just produced a glossy magazine called Our Innisfil, 2017. It includes information about annual events, things to do in Innisfil and also the community champions.
It features the highlights of our community and the people who make those highlights happen! Leaf through its pages and find out about the artistic producer of The South Simcoe Theatre, our local historian, a faithful teacher, and the gal in charge of emergency preparedness.
That’s only a few of the many listed. Another is a local pastor who works diligently in his church but also in his community.
You might ask who is the more important. And I tell you it is all. Community is about all of us. No job is more important than another.
How do you feel about your job; worthless, just a pay check? No, we are not worthless in God’s eyes. We are all valued and our job is important.
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. (Colossians 3:23, NIV)
