Moose on a House

Yes indeed, the vicious snow storm Newfoundland in January gave us pictures of a moose on a house, a woman cleaning snow out of a car because the window was left open; and a kitten trying to clear the snow that blocked her owner’s doorway.

When the ordinary becomes extraordinary, we get a far different approach to life. Our wonderful Newfoundlanders posted all kinds of happy pictures of laughter and joy as they dug out of five or six feet of snow.

And here, with only a foot or so, we made faces, whined and complained because it is winter.

How much ‘snow’ are you facing right now? Oh folks, attitude is so important. If you have to shovel dirt, snow, life problems or whatever life tosses our way; let it be with laughter and merriment and encouragement and downright joy. The choice is always ours.

The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly. (John 10:10 NASB)

Prayer-God, we need all the snow shovels you can provide. Thank you ahead of time. Amen.
