When I found out that a popular children’s author always hid his children’s names in his manuscripts, I contacted my family with the news and got this answer.
“Yep, we knew this one, mom.”
Well, I am here to say, “Nobody told me!”
That’s how I felt when I finally came to know Jesus personally. I was thirty-three years old, a church goer all my life, and a believer as much as I knew how to be. Thirty-three years old before someone told me that Jesus was the one and only way to God.
“I am the way, the truth, and the life!” Jesus answered. “Without me, no one can go to the Father. (John 14:6, CEV)
It’s an open secret that nobody shared with me.
Just in case you are in the same boat… I am telling you now that Jesus is the only way to have a relationship with God.
Just so you can never say again that you didn’t know…
Prayer – Lord, impress it on our hearts and minds that Jesus is the only way to God. Point out anyone that we should be telling so they too never have to think…nobody told me!. Amen
