The strange weather seems to even be surprising Christians. Funny, really, because he told us to expect it.
Luke 21: 25-And there will be signs in the sun and moon and stars; and upon the earth [there will be] distress (trouble and anguish) of nations in bewilderment and perplexity [without resources, left wanting, embarrassed, in doubt, not knowing which way to turn] at the roaring (the echo) of the tossing of the sea (AMP).
In the midst of Hurricane Sandy, one community burned more than it flooded. A commentator used the following phrase, reminiscent of Zechariah 4:6. “They are now evacuated,” he said, “not by water or by flood but by fire.”
Zechariah 4:6-Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lordunto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts (KJV).
Oh what shall we do? What shall we do?
Let’s just do as we are told.
Luke 21:13-15- This will be a time (an opportunity) for you to bear testimony. Resolve and settle it in your minds not to meditate and prepare beforehand how you are to make your defense and how you will answer. For I [Myself] will give you a mouth and such utterance and wisdom that all of your foes combined will be unable to stand against or refute (AMP).
Prayer: Lord, you are making yourself clear. Give us the courage to make you clear to others. May none be lost for eternity. In Christ. Amen.
