You get out of life what you put into it. (Unknown) (What are we putting in to life?)
Today is a new day and it is up to me to make it count. (Not counting cash but attitude!)
If it stops you from getting closer to God, it has to go. (Tell the truth now!)
Peace is a priority for me. That said, I make choices that protect my mental, spiritual and emotional self. (Do we? Or do we disrupt the peace of others instead?)
You can’t speak butterfly language to caterpillar people. (Stop churchy words, speak their language!)
I know that you believe that you understand what you think I said but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant. (If we don’t speak at their level they do not get it!)
As we find the errors in our lives and our messages, others will be set free.
Then Jesus turned to the Jews who had claimed to believe in him. “If you stick with this, living out what I tell you, you are my disciples for sure. Then you will experience for yourselves the truth, and the truth will free you.” (John 8:31-32, MSG)
Prayer- Lord; show us where we are off balance and help us get the message of Christ right so that you are glorified and others come to know you as their personal Savior. Amen.
