Planned Parenthood has some explaining to do after today’s release of undercover video by LiveAction.org which shows a Planned Parenthood manager coaching a man and woman posing as a pimp and prostitute on how to obtain secret abortions, STD testing, and contraception for their female underage sex slaves. The video reveals the poor character of one unsuspecting female Planned Parenthood office manager Amy Woodruff, LPN, of New Jersey, as she leads the supposed pimp and prostitute to lie and manipulate their way through the system.
In one of many examples on the video, Woodruff says: “If they’re minors, just tell them to put down that they’re students. Just kinda play along that they’re students. We want to make it look as legit’ as possible.” This is from just a few seconds of a ten minute expose of this Planned Parenthood Manager advising and assisting supposed criminals in illegal activities.
“Let me get you a copy of this, too. This is actually just a minor’s rights. This way you guys have a copy of this.” “I use this as my Bible.” She continues talking about parents who want to argue about their underage daughter’s rights regarding birth control and abortion, mocking their common argument, “Oh, but she’s a minor,” to which she laughingly responds, “Ok. Yeah, so?” The undercover female “Gia” plays along, adding, “She still needs to be saved.” Woodruff replies, “Exactly. …she’s still entitled to care without mom knowin’ what the hell’s goin’ on.”
Where’s the good news in this? Romans 8:28 promises, “And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose” (NASB). Somehow, God can use even the worst news about our tax dollars and our corrupt society to work together for the good of the Body of Christ and the furtherance of His eternal plan.
Perhaps as this darkness is flooded with light, people will be moved to return to the root of our American compass – our Judeo-Christian principles, on which our country was founded. Perhaps in such moments, Christians will embrace the opportunity to shine the light of Christ in their circles of influence. Perhaps this video will lead some to view the transformative story of Abby Johnson, Ex-Planned Parenthood Director and Author of Unplanned, who left her post after having a “change of heart.” Perhaps some will be moved to help fight the trafficking industry. Perhaps many will choose life, and choose to have it more abundantly (John 10:10).
