Prayer Evangelism

• Pray that God will draw them to Himself (John 6:44)
• Pray that they will seek to know God (Deut 4:29)
• Pray that they will accept the truth of God’s Word (1 Thes 2:13)
• Pray that God will bind Satan and open their eyes to his eternal power and divine nature (Matt 13:19, Rom 1:18-20, 2 Cor 4:4)
• Pray that the Holy Spirit will convict them of guilt and guide them in truth (John 16:8-13)
• Pray that God will raise up people to witness to them (Matthew 9:37-38)
• Pray that God will fill their world with “salt and light” (Matthew 5:13-14)
• Pray that they will fully understand that “all have sinned” (Rom 3:23), the consequences of sin (Rom 6:23), that Jesus Christ died for our sins (Rom 5:8), and that salvation comes through Jesus Christ (Rom 10:8-10)
• Pray that they will believe (John 5:24), repent (Acts 3:19), confess (Rom 10:9), and follow Christ (Phil 3:7-8)

Have faith that your prayers will be answered:

• You are praying God’s will. God “wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth” (1 Tim 2:4)
• Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart (Ps 37:4)
• “If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.” (Matthew 21:22)
