Sing Your Heart

When I hear a spectacular singing voice I feel a bit envious. This week God added this thought in my brain…”

“I gave you a wonderful voice too.” (Note that he didn’t say “I gave you a wonderful singing voice!” (LOL)

I can’t sing a note… but I can write.

God gave us all a voice. We may not all sing a fine soprano or a deep tenor, but we can speak, write, vote, pray, praise and influence others for God in a thousand other ways. How best can we use our voice for God today?

Why not enjoy our life to the fullest? After all, it has an expiry date!

In the morning you hear my voice, O Lord; in the morning I prepare [a prayer, a sacrifice] for you and watch and wait [for you to speak to my heart]. (Psalm 5:3, AMP)

Prayer-Father, give us the courage to use whatever voice you gave us. Amen.
