F-Faithful
Fathers are faithful to God and his promises. They accept their role as the spiritual head of the household and raise their children to be the same.

A-Active
Fathers are active and engaged in the family’s life. They solve problems, get things fixed. They teach their children good work ethics.

T-Teacher
Fathers prepare their children to face the world. They teach survival skills of all kinds.

H-Hope
Good fathers are a pillar of hope and strength for their families. They take care of their families no matter what.

E-Example
Good fathers are a positive example of moral living, and treat others with respect and dignity

R-Reliable
Good fathers are reliable, responsible, and consistent.   They work hard to provide for their family’s needs.

Paul writes this about fathers.
“Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.” (Ephesians 6:4, NIV)

Prayer- Father, you are the utmost example of what a father is. I pray that all fathers hear you clearly and follow your example.
