I invite you to Google Joe Castillo and find his Jesus picture. It’s not the ordinary run-of-the-mill Jesus drawing, but one that is made up of dozens of miniscule scenes from his life.
The closer you look at the picture, the more you discover about Jesus.
Isn’t that what our relationship with Jesus is like? The nearer we get to him, the more we discover how much he loves us, and how much he yearns to guide and shepherd us.
The Spirit Whom He has caused to dwell in us yearns over us and He yearns for the Spirit [to be welcome] with a jealous love. (James 4:5b, AMP)
