Colossians 1:4– For we have heard of your faith in Jesus Christ [the leaning of your entire human personality on Him in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom & goodness] and of the love which you [have and show] for the all saints [God’s consecrated ones.] (AMP)

Entirely This

Entirely this, the leaning on, is all that stands us straight.
For Jesus is our leaning post, the Director of our gait.

For when we, leaning, tip ourselves onto His Holy worth,
He gives us the gift of sinlessness, the reason for His birth.

And we, in leaning, stand aright forever and a day
While He by standing in support, helps us to walk the Way.

Are we remembering the stance?

All together now! Let’s lean so that we can stand!

Prayer: Wonderful Lord, our standing alone is like trying to make progress in quicksand. Teach us again about the leaning. In Your Name. Amen
