“My God is so big, so strong and so mighty. There’s nothing my God cannot do.” These are the lyrics to one of the songs sung in our children’s church. We’ve all heard the cliche, “out of the mouth of babes.” Isn’t it wonderful that God can use our children to communicate His love for us?
It’s important to be constantly reminded that God is here. He is in control and we need not be anxious about anything (Philippians 4:6). He knows all and sees all. He sees our needs and provides for those needs (Philippians 4:19).
My husband constantly reminds me to take one day at a time. “Don’t worry about tomorrow’s problems,” he says. “They may not be problems tomorrow.”
Isn’t that so true? All things are possible with God (Matthew 19:26), so next time, you start worrying about tomorrow, next week or even next year, start singing….
