Perhaps you struggle to keep your levels of iron up. Here is a list of some particularly high-in-iron foods:
Mollusks (clams, oysters, or shrimp), liver, seeds and nuts, beef, turkey, chicken and fish, beans and lentils, whole grains, dark leafy greens, dark green leafy vegetables and tofu are good choices. Others include molasses, dried apricots, prunes and raisins.
God remarks that we are iron to one another.
Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend [to show rage or worthy purpose]. (Proverbs 27:17, AMP)
Note: Our iron sharpens a friend towards rage or a more worthy purpose.
Which way do we lead our friends?
Prayer- Father God, remind us to watch our mouths so that they only lead toward peace, no matter where we speak. Amen.
