So how well do you choose?
Start tracking and prepare to be surprised at how many small errors, or successes) you make. For instance, in the weight department, how many little BLT’S did you swallow today? Do you have any idea? Those bites, licks and tastes add up over time and become one huge portion.
However, this works in reverse as well. What little choices moved you toward your goal this week? Any second helpings refused, cigarettes turned down, mouth zipped from delivery of nasty words?
