Biblical Thoughts

The entire Bible speaks about Jesus. The Old Testament foretells his coming. The Gospels tell everything about him. Acts proclaims him and the Epistles explain him!

If God is making you wait awhile, you are in such very good company!

If only I had been there, we chirp, I would have given Mary the best bed, even my own. The truth is that we are here right now and people all around us need help of all kinds. Will you?

People may not remember who you are, but they will remember how you treat them.

Clarify your intention to serve the Lord Jesus Christ. This will help you stay connected, to understand why you are on this journey and to keep moving toward him!

Stop waiting for the ‘normal life’ to return. It is not going to come back. Take comfort! Jesus is. (Revelation 14)

Why do we just say, “you are a good boy, instead of “you are a great boy?”

The great things about books (yes even books of the Bible!) There are no commercials!

Where do bad rainbows go? (Prism. It’s a light sentence!)

If the words you spoke appeared on your skin, would you still be beautiful?

Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction.  For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths. But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry. (From 2 Timothy 4:2-5)
