Earth Day

International Earth Day is meant to educate us about the earth’s problems. Will we clean up a local park or take our old computers to the land fill?

We could ask ourselves what we should do to commemorate earth day but it is more important to ask ourselves what we will do for the rest of the year.

Have we switched to energy saving light bulbs? Or stopped buying so much junk or throwing out even more? Do we recycle our tin cans or glass bottles? Well, do we?

Actually we only borrow it from God…

Prayer – Lord, help us to look after your earth as if it were our own. Amen
