Excuses That Won’t Fly

1. I’m too old and tired to change.

2. That’s too hard for me.

3. What will the neighbors think?

4. I’m too busy

5. Our family always did it that way.

6. The dog ate my homework.

First of all, clear out your ANTS.  (AUTOMATIC NEGATIVE THOUGHTS)

Stop living in pandemic fear, or the fear of your own personal mini pandemic. Stop living in the what-if, where our mind creates a DAZE bigger than real life. When we experience difficult challenges, we can see them as opportunities to learn and grow or think ourselves into despair.

Don’t look to a movie, TV, or how-to formula to accomplish this. There is only one way to freedom. God expects us to grow.  So, one by one, he cuts off our poor attitudes and actions and plops us into the boiling water of life.

What hot water are you in today? Help is available. Relief is in sight!

While we are desperately afraid of what’s happening on the outside, God is more concerned with our inside, our heart.

“You’re blessed when you get your inside world—your mind and heart—put right. Then you can see God in the outside world.

(Matthew 5:8, MSG)
