At the age of 19 months old, Helen Keller contracted an illness which left her both deaf and blind. Her story is documented in the movie, The Miracle Worker, but did you know Ms. Keller was the first deaf/blind person to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree or that she learned to speak and was in demand as both speaker and author?
Helen Keller said that we can do anything we want as long as we stick to it long enough. Apparently the same is true of sin.
And the Lord said to Moses, How long will this people provoke (spurn, despise) Me? And how long will it be before they believe Me [trusting in, relying on, clinging to Me], for all the signs which I have performed among them? (Numbers 14:11, AMP)
Prayer- Father, forgive us for our stubborn refusal to follow you, no matter where you lead us. Amen
