We learned yesterday that we can be much more than we think we are. Shouldn’t we then stop doing the things that make us less than we are?
For instance, let’s not grumble because we didn’t get what we thought we needed. Let us instead be grateful that we don’t get what we really deserve. (Jude 1:16)
Don’t take the credit for what God has done. (Deuteronomy 8:17, AMP)
Watch out that we don’t make our own gods and try to follow them. (Deuteronomy 4:16)
Don’t hold grudges. (Matthew 6:15) Don’t be greedy. (Matthew 6:19) Don’t lie (Mark 6:19)
And remember also, what God will not do.
For He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!] (Hebrews 13:5b, AMP)
Prayer – Lord we rejoice in your goodness…praise your name for ever. Amen
