This Year

Will this year be another year of total surprize? Who can tell?  None of us are able to predict the future. 

However, I predict with certainty that this year will hold one-way streets, schedules, misplaced something or others, new people, life, death and everything in between. Expect road blocks, construction, speed traps, accidents, bad drivers and lots —of lots —of traffic. Our lives will be full of bad drivers, hills, ice, snow, breakdowns and flat tires, even toll roads.

And that’s not just on the roads! Our journey with Jesus, should we choose to follow it with precision, is straight, honest, overcoming and victorious.

Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.

Save the excuses. It’s not about having the perfect life. Its about living life to its fullest. If it matters, you will make progress and successfully journey with Christ through 2021.
