No, this is not the beep, beep of a cartoon character, nor the sound to the driver passing your car on a six lane highway. This is Kimberley Payne’s acronym for the four habits that lead to spiritual and physical health!
- Bible Study
- Eating healthy
- Exercise
- Prayer
Have you lost control of your life? Is it gathering momentum, speeding down a breathless highway with someone else in the driving seat? Do you wish you had more time to study, pray, get healthy? I don’t know about you, but I need all the help I can get.
Of course, God’s grace is sufficient.
And he said unto me, my grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. (2 Corinthians 12:9, KJV)
We know that God’s grace is sufficient, but when he sends me someone with skin on, I’m grabbing hold.
Kimberley regularly sends out e-letters with recipes enlarging on each and every B.E.E.P. You can find her at www.kimberleypayne.com and Hope Stream Radio.
Prayer – Lord, we thank you for your servants, those like Kimberley, who courageously help us in our weaknesses. Amen.
Thanks for featuring the 4 habits that saved my life, Brenda. I pray that others are blessed by your post.

I got 2 out of 4 covered. I need help too. Thank goodness for God’s grace.
