Right this minute the air outside my house is dancing snowflakes! It wasn’t that long ago that it was full of midges, flies, birds and flying squirrels.
Did you ever consider all the other things floating around out there doing a jig, swinging to a rock and roll beat or languishing in a waltz?
I refer to all the online stuff that we rely on, but that we cannot see. Electricity, Wi-Fi, telephone messages, texts and emails cloud the space day and night.
It’s a wonder we don’t knock ourselves out on the hoards. And yet we don’t, do we? We trust them to do what they are supposed to do and not interfere with our lives.
We trust what we cannot see. And yet people dare to say they can’t see God. They do not trust him. Might as well turn off our electricity and our cell phone.
Friends we trust in the unknown every day. And God is bigger than all of them combined.
Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more than they?
