Our township delivered several free recycling containers to all the homes, hoping that the owners would do their bit to keep the earth tidy.
The blue ones are for glass bottles and jars, aluminum food trays and tin cans.
The grey ones hold papers like magazines, books, egg cartons and newspapers.
The green ones are for coffee grounds, egg shells and vegetable peelings.
It seems God is in favour of recycling as well.
In a well-furnished kitchen there are not only crystal goblets and silver platters, but waste cans and compost buckets—some containers used to serve fine meals, others to take out the garbage. Become the kind of container God can use to present any and every kind of gift to his guests for their blessing. (2 Timothy 2:20-21, MSG)
Of course God recycles! Look what he’s done with us!!
Prayer – Lord, thank you for working in our lives…Amen
