Believers each have their own stories about how the Word is true in their lives. Take Sarah for instance; who believed she would have a child though she was way past it.
Hebrews 11:11-Because of faith also Sarah herself received physical power to conceive a child, even when she was long past the age for it, because she considered [God] Who had given her the promise to be reliable and trustworthy and true to His word.
How does the word impact you? Do you listen? Why or Why not?
Hebrews 12:5- The Word corrects us if we but listen.
Hebrews 13:7-Remember your leaders and superiors in authority [for it was they] who brought to you the Word of God.
Prayer- Lord, we pray that when your word corrects us, that we might be smart enough to obey. Amen.
