How to Listen

Now Belinda keeps these letters in her line of sight at the office. W-A-I-T. They stand for ‘Why am I talking’!

This lends a new perspective on Bible verses like this one. The letters in bold are mine.

The Lord is good to those who wait (WHY AM I TALKING!) hopefully and expectantly for Him, to those who seek Him [inquire of and for Him and require Him by right of necessity and on the authority of God’s word]. (Lamentations 3:25, AMP)

Prayer- Lord, today we ask ourselves W.A.I.T. , and listen as you give us direction for our lives. Amen.
