Misspoken Words

I always wait patiently while others brag on their grandchildren, so that I can have a turn bragging on mine! One lady got my attention with this line.

“I have three beautiful grandsons and two granddaughters.”

What? Surely she didn’t mean that the granddaughters weren’t beautiful? Did she?

Words have great power. How well ordered are ours?

Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) are the undefiled (the upright, truly sincere, and blameless) in the way [of the revealed will of God], who walk (order their conduct and conversation) in the law of the Lord (the whole of God’s revealed will). (Psalm 119:1, AMP)

Prayer- Lord may our every word convey us as upright, sincere and blameless before you. Amen
