Be flexible folks. (Sometimes we just have to go with the flow of life.)
Take a chance or as the saying goes, take a change on love. (Love Christ and others.)
Remember that if you fail to plan you are already planning to fail! (Sadly true!)
Dwell on your gratefulness. (Yes, you have lots to be grateful for, be honest.)
Find your strengths and work on them (Our weaknesses are already a lost cause!)
Your real person is the inside you. (Your outside will catch up eventually!)
We took a while to learn so many bad habits. (It will take awhile to drop them. Be patient)
Get along among yourselves, each of you doing your part.
Our counsel is that you warn the freeloaders to get a move on.
Gently encourage the stragglers, and reach out for the exhausted, pulling them to their feet. Be patient with each person, attentive to individual needs. And be careful that when you get on each other’s nerves you don’t snap at each other. Look for the best in each other, and always do your best to bring it out. (1 Thessalonians 5:13-15, MSG)
Prayer- Oh God we know we are not perfect, but you can help us do better. Thanks God. Go for perfect in me, please; through Christ. Amen.
