Not Again?

Yes it is me again and more about Jesus! Well what did you expect? This is a devotional page.

Devotional means to have a fervent religious or spiritual feeling, a great dedication or loyalty.

And my name, Brenda means something like a fiery sword. So yes I will keep writing and loving Jesus and trusting for all of my readers to be changed as they read.

So yes again, because once we ask Christ into our lives we have to keep a clean slate (or for you youngsters), a clear text between us.

That’s why we as Christians need to repent for any sins committed, even on a daily basis.

Even the most mature of us harbour unconscious sin, that is sin the Holy Spirit hasn’t even revealed to us yet. None of us can say truthfully that we are free of sin. (Proverbs 20:9)

If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. (1 John 1:8, NIV)

Daily repentance is necessary so that we can maintain our close relationship with God, our heavenly father.

Prayer- Lord, we repent of ________ and turn to you so that our sins may be wiped out and that you might send us a time of refreshing. Thank you. Amen (from Acts 3:19).
